When should I book it?

Ideally within a few weeks either side of your birthday, so we're reading the year while it's fresh. But the chart describes your whole solar year, so if your birthday was months ago and this year has been confusing you, it's absolutely still worth reading.

How is this different from the Timing Reading?

The Timing Reading is built around a specific decision or crossroads, whenever it shows up. The Solar Return is your whole year read as one chapter, anchored to your birthday. If you're facing a specific choice, go Timing. If you want the map of your year, this is the one.

Can I gift this to someone?

Do I need my exact birth time?

Yes, for this one it matters, because your Solar Return is calculated from your natal sun's exact position. If you don't know your time, start with birth time rectification and then every future Solar Return is built on solid ground.
